Two of my passions are flowers and ice cream.  Creating The Fresh Cut Flower Market and having it run for a number of years fulfilled one of my dreams and now I'm enjoying my own little corner of the world in Wake Forest with 'a la mode'.

I learned to make gelato from an Italian company based in Charlotte, NC.   The classes were inspirational in understanding the integrity and passion involved with one of Italy's treasures.  Gelato will always have a place in my heart!  Featured above, Marco Casol and below, Oksana.
